Hi Reader, I was talking to a mom friend of mine this past week and she brought up a concept that I don't think we entirely talk about enough...the feeling of being lonely. When you think about it, loneliness can creep its way into your life, especially in motherhood. You spend your days at home raising your kids, you leave for 8-9 hours of work before getting home to see your family, or maybe you live really far away from all your loved ones...in all of these scenarios, there's a huge hole of loneliness. So, what can you do? I can't promise you a solution that will make all you loneliness away, but as a mom who has experienced this feeling and a friend, I have a few tips for you.
